Your active TradiesLink communication integration may not be utilized under any circumstances for standard unsolicited outbound telemarketing routines, automated continuous cold-calling campaigns, or distributing unapproved promotional SMS spam templates. Usage is strictly restricted to inbound reception management, pre-approved follow-up messaging, and professional digital quoting facilitation.

2. Prohibited Service Integration Spoofing

Users are explicitly forbidden from actively masking standard carrier Caller ID variables, deploying unauthorized third-party AI audio interception tools onto our internal architecture, or utilizing computer vision quoting pipelines to evaluate explicit, non-trade-related imagery parameters.

3. Violation and Mandatory Suspension

We actively monitor inbound messaging velocity to ensure total alignment with global compliance guidelines. In the event of a suspected telecommunication compliance violation, TradiesLink retains the absolute right to immediately terminate multi-channel forwarding capabilities without prior technical notification.
